    Singer, reality TV icon, and mom of two, Heidi Montag has seen (and tried) it all. From juice cleanses to the latest viral wellbeing hacks, she's been there… and she's here to tell you: it doesn’t have to be that complicated.

    In a new series of comedic skits, Heidi takes on the over-the-top extremes people go to in the name of "self-care."
