Shipping
We can currently deliver within the contiguous 48 states. Orders are normally shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are normally delivered 4-5 business days after shipment. Ryde: is not responsible for late deliveries caused, in whole or in part, by delays out of Ryde:'s control, including but not limited to weather and/or shipping and delivery provider delays.
Rates
All orders with a value higher than USD 50, excluding shipping charges and taxes, qualify for FREE Shipping*** to delivery addresses within the contiguous 48 states.
For orders less than USD 50, excluding shipping charges and taxes, a flat fee of $5 will be applied, and these charges are visible in the shopping cart at the moment of checkout.
We do not offer express delivery, independently of the order amount.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final, no cancellation is allowed, and returns are not accepted. If we identify a problem with the product received, we will replace the order or refund you, either partially or in full. We are committed to providing excellent customer service so if there is anything that is not meeting your standards, please let us know and we will do everything we can to support you. We only offer cancellations/refunds for orders that have not yet shipped. Please reach out to (972) 978-7933 if you wish to modify an order you have placed before it ships or if you are not satisfied with an order you have received.
